Get ready for a double dose of Cajun-inspired culinary celebrations as Roux Pop-Ups hosts not one, but two festive dining events in Columbia.

Start the flavorful fun off from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, March 3 at Pasta La Fata. According to the event on Facebook, guests can try Roux Pop-Ups Cajun-Italian based menu.

Then from 4-9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4 at Ozark Mountain Biscuit & Bar, customers can try Roux Pop-Ups take on classic and original Po’Boy’s.

Both nights will showcase Roux Pop-Ups’ renowned Legacy Gumbo, as well as a gluten-free, vegan mushroom gumbo. The events offer a casual dinner service with to-go options.
