Ava Kitzi is a Columbia-raised journalist attending the University of Missouri to earn concurrent Bachelors and Masters degrees in photojournalism. She works at Inside Columbia magazine and Zimmer Communications as a photo intern, though she occasionally writes. After school, she wants to be a sports photographer and travel the world covering elite athletics. In her free time, she assists in the breeding and training of, and rides horses, coaches CrossFit Kids, and loves to read.
