Bailey Rizzo joined the Inside Columbia team in August 2024, bringing a degree from the University of Missouri School of Journalism, emphasizing in strategic communication. A lifelong writer, Bailey is passionate about telling the stories of people, businesses, events and more in a way that brings the words right off the page. In addition to writing for ICM, Bailey stays busy working in recruitment and inbound marketing at Zimmer Communications. When she isn’t typing away at a computer, Bailey can be found re-watching her favorite television shows and rom-coms, sipping a mocha from local coffee shops or burying her nose in a chick-lit romance book. Bailey is also a brown belt in jiu jitsu, so she serves as ICM’s resident protector. Although she chose Columbia as her home after graduation, Bailey remains connected to two other places: Buffalo, New York (go Bills!) and Mansfield, Texas.
