Students at Mizzou have a chance to watch the Newsboys perform as a part of the Stand Together tour this week. At 7 p.m. Friday, students can head to Jesse Auditorium to watch the Christian rock band, which was founded in 1985.

The Newsboys are originally from Australia, but are now based in Nashville, Tennessee. The band has released 17 studio albums, six of which have been certified gold.

Before coming to Columbia, the Newsboys will perform in Champaign, Illinois, on Thursday. Following the Mizzou concert, the band will head to Naperville, Illinois, on Sunday before heading to Florida next week.

People can purchase tickets here. Prices range from $29-$39 depending on the seat location.
