Mental health is an important subject for all ages, and one local resource is waiting to help.

From 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Daniel Boone Regional Library, parents are welcome to bring children who are enrolled in fifth to eighth grade to learn about mental health wellness strategies while engaging in a fun activity aimed at reducing stress.

The program will be presented by Sarah Davis of Burrell Behavioral Health. Families will also get information about local mental health providers.

Registration is required. Click here for more information.
