A new workout facility is getting ready to open in Columbia. CrossFit Verus is planning its grand opening from 8:30 a.m.-noon. Saturday at 3601 Buttonwood Drive.

According to its Facebook page, the workout is for people at all fitness levels, as the program is modified for each person to benefit their health. CrossFit is a precise combination of exercise and nutrition that has proven to help people of all ages and skill levels.
