Aria Luxury Apartments’ newest phase of buildings has incorporated an area for commercial space, and one of the first businesses has officially opened to the public.
First State Community Bank opened its doors Sept. 1 on the first floor of the endeavors phase. The buildings are three stories, with the first floor completely dedicated to commercial space.
The new bank is located at 3601 Endeavor Parkway, Suite 101 in Columbia and is open 9-5 p.m. daily.
Aria is also planning to add The Kitchen Grill & Games, which will be Discovery Parks’ “best attraction yet.” The Kitchen will include places to eat and drink, play yard games and pickleball and have seasonal ice skating.
The Kitchen is coming to Discovery Park in 2023.
