CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen Welcomes New Members

Since the CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen opened in March, multiple new members have come through the doors. According to social media posts, the CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen welcomed Carmen Febres Cordero of Amore e Gusto late last month. This team makes savory empanadas, which you can also find at the Columbia Farmer’s Market.

And the newest CoMo Cooks member, Spence Roberts of 850 Wood Fire Pizza & More, joined in early April. Wood Fire Pizza is a food trailer equipped with a wood burning pizza oven. The team specializes in, “delicious, cooked-in-seconds pizza,” the post says.

CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen gives local food entrepreneurs an opportunity to get access to a commercial kitchen. The spaces has production space for farmers, flexible rental hours, affordable rates, dry/cold/freezer storage available, food truck parking and lots of equipment available.
