The CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen, a commercial kitchen and food business incubator on The Loop, has added new cooks to the kitchen. A new food option, 5 Generations, is now operating out of the shared kitchen, offering soul food and catering.

The breakfast menu includes grits, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, donuts, cinnamon rolls and quiche. The lunch includes quesadillas, hot dogs, hamburgers, chili, sub sandwiches and cookies. If you want a dinner option, you can order potatoes, green beans, cornbread and cake.

More recently on Aug. 31, Tenly’s Farm & Bakery announced it is officially operating out of the shared kitchen. Tenly’s Farm & Bakery is a family-owned, first-generation farm and sourdough-based bakery located in Sturgeon.

The shared kitchen offers health department-certified spaces, production space for farmers, flexible rental hours, 24-hour scheduling, affordable rates, tiered membership levels, storage, food truck parking and equipment. For more information on the kitchen, visit cre8como.com.
