Irene’s BBQ is coming soon to Columbia, but before the doors to the barbecue heaven open, people will have a chance to taste the goodness at Logboat Brewing Co. this week. Enjoy Irene’s brats at the Bratworst Nightmare event from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Logboat.
Formerly known as Barbacoas del Notre, Irene’s BBQ stems from a Barred Owl Butcher & Table-connected pop-up that has secured a physical location near Logboat and Beet Box. Until it officially becomes Logboat’s neighbor, you can find Irene’s BBQ at Columbia Farmers Market.
