If you want inspiration or looking to see the newest homes in Columbia, look no further than the Columbia Home Builder Association’s Parade of Homes! From 1-5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, take a tour through local builders’ and developers’ most recent homes.

This event is free to the community, allowing to HBA to show updates and progress in home construction and design. Columbia’s HBA is encouraging attendees to download the ParadeSmart app to view all of the building entrees, as well as the map of the parade route. The app is also where attendees can vote for their favorite homes and check in to each home visited.

One parade attendee with the app will win a 55” or 65” Smart TV.
