Start the Easter celebrations early with an egg-cellent event this weekend. From noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, hop on over to the Pierpont General Store for a day filled with face painting, sweet treats and the Easter Bunny. While the kids take part in Easter activities, adults will be able to enjoy an afternoon of bottomless mimosas.

Pierpont General Store is located on Missouri 163 just outside of Columbia, and offers a mix of goods available, a café and a bar with beers from local breweries.
