Find some relaxation and gentle movement with puppies during puppy yoga at Skylark Bookshop from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Sunday.
The event not only provides benefits for you, but for the seven furry ones too as they release their puppy energy and learn social skills.
It is $25 per person to attend and all puppies are adoptable through the Central Missouri Humane Society.
