Animal lovers and yoga fans have an opportunity to combine the two this Friday. Starting at 7 p.m., yoga sessions will begin surrounded by natural farm scenery and little animals.

Four Oaks Farm and Goat Yoga of MO is part yoga, part animal-assisted therapy with classes typically overlooking a scenic pond or in a rustic barn.

Goat yoga tickets are $35 each, with the class taking place at 11805 E. Judy School Road in Columbia. Staff ask that attendees arrive 15 minutes before class starts in order to complete registration and enjoy a mimosa. For more information, visit the Goat Yoga of MO’s event Facebook page.
