Sumits Hot Yoga is hosting its annual partner yoga workshop. From 4-6 p.m. Saturday, grab your partner or friend and get ready to stretch, learn acro yoga basics and Thai yoga massage.
According to the Facebook event page, the class is for beginners and pros. The only requirement is to bring a partner to work with, a mat, a pillow or blanket, comfy cloths and a fun spirit. To participate, you must register and pay $60 per couple.
