Several local spots will be offering special Valentine’s Day cocktails — some featuring that favorite Valentine’s Day sweet treat chocolate — as an ingredient. Chris McD’s, for instance, will be serving a Bordeaux Cherry Martini, as well as champagne by the glass specials. Normally open Wednesday-Saturday, Chris McD’s will be upon on Monday, Feb. 14, too.
