Pretzels have popped up at Goldie’s Bagels as The Pretzel Wagon has set up shop for the summer.
According to a post on Instagram from Goldie’s Bagels, through June, the community can enjoy pretzels by Billy Polansky as a soft launch for his business. “Our friend Billy Polansky has been perfecting his Philly style pretzels for years, and he is working on plans for a future Pretzel Wagon,” the post says.
You can try the pretzel pop-up from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays. “Billy and Jill have schemed up a fun way to soft launch his pretzels, as an after-summer-school snack pop up at Goldie’s,” the post says.
