MizzouThon, a Children’s Miracle Network Dance Marathon Program, is the largest student-run philanthropy at the University of Missouri. It helps support mid-Missouri’s pediatric patients and their families year-round both emotionally and financially through support of MU Health Care’s Children’s Hospital.
MizzouThon believes that every child has the right to be a kid. This means that instead of a childhood spent worrying about a next procedure or visit to a doctor’s office, its job is to make sure Miracle Kids only worry about one thing — being a kid.
Often described as an “emotional roller coaster,” these 13.1 hours are sure to change your life. Enjoy various performances, games and food, as well as a chance to bond with Miracle Families. At the end of the 13.1 hours, the fundraising total from the yearis announced in a moving reveal.
