Lakota Coffee Downtown Re-Opens After Summer Closure

By Inside Columbia
Lakota Coffee

The heart of Columbia is once again filled with excitement as Lakota Coffee Co.’s downtown location has re-opened its doors after a temporary closure due to water damage repairs needed over the summer.

In June, Lakota posted on social media announcing a temporary closure due to a major water sprinkler failure, hoping to open in mid-July. But the closure lasted longer than expected as the downtown location re-opened its doors Sept. 1.

The store re-opened and may look a little different than you remember. “Stop by for a coffee tomorrow morning and see our newly renovated café,” says a post announcing the re-opening on social media.
