Mizzou is gearing up to celebrate its 111th Homecoming on Oct. 22 and the community is invited to participate in several traditions leading up to the big day. Starting at 9 a.m. Friday, people are welcome to make a donation to the Tiger Food Drive at the Reynolds Alumni Center.

Every year in autumn, the Mizzou community makes a significant contribution to the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri, which benefits Tiger Pantry on campus. Items accepted include peanut butter, canned meats, canned beans, canned chili, canned vegetables, canned fruit, canned soups and canned ravioli. People should not bring anything outside of that list, including perishable food items and ramen.

If you are not in the area but still want to participate, people can make a financial donation to support the MU community. For more information on the Tiger Food Drive, along with other homecoming events, click here.
