Valentine’s Day may be over, but the festivities are continuing. Starting at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, head to Skylark Bookshop at 22 S. Ninth St. for a Valentine’s Puppy Yoga class by Sarah’s Yoga Studio and the Central Missouri Humane Society.

Stretch your body with relaxing poses and cute puppy antics. While you learn about yoga, the puppies will get to learn social skills and have a play session.

The class is $25 per person. You can bring your own mat or rent one for $5. The best part is that all the puppies are available for adoption, so you might even make a love connection and give a home to one of those furry friends.

If you cannot make the class on Saturday, Sarah’s Yoga and the Central Missouri Humane society are putting on another puppy yoga class at Selfie Love at 10 a.m. Feb. 25. For more information on the Valentine’s Puppy Yoga class, visit the event page on Facebook.
