This weekend, Whole Food Plant Based Columbia is hosting a meet and greet for people to have a chance to learn about the plant-based lifestyle and meet others who are interested in or who have already embraced the lifestyle.

Whole Food Plant Based Columbia promotes plant-based nutrition for personal health, the environment and the sustainability of life on Earth. The meet and greet is set for 2 p.m. Sunday in the friends room at the Columbia Public Library. For more information, visit the event page on Facebook.
