Artist Marilynne Bradley Teaches Watercolor at Serendipity Salon and Gallery

Artists of all levels are welcome at this Saturday’s watercolor class taught by world-class artist and educator Marilynne Bradley at Serendipity Salon and Gallery.

The Lines, Lines and More Lines: Geometrical Techniques for Watercolor class is 9:30 a.m. to noon and tickets are $75. Tickets include all supplies along with beverages and snacks.

According to the Facebook event, “Marilynne Bradley is an artist, teacher, and highly sought-after workshop instructor, nationally and internationally. She has been acknowledged in ‘Who’s Who in American Women Artists,’ ‘World’s Who’s Who of Women’ and ‘Who’s Who in the World.’ She is a signature artist member in the Southern Watercolor Society,Transparent Watercolor Society, Alabama WC Society, Georgia WC Society, Kansas WC Society, Kentucky WC Society, Louisiana WC Society, Missouri WC Society, Oklahoma WC Society and a Distinguished member, Century Member of the St. Louis Artists’ Guild and an honorary Lifetime member of Watercolor USA. She is a past president of the Southern Watercolor Society. Her work is recognized in museum exhibitions, accepted in major national juried competitions and included in many major corporate collections in United States, France, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Korea, Australia, Tahiti and China. She has had over 200 one person exhibits and received over 75 awards.

Her paintings have been included in: The Best of Watercolor, ARTFOLIO 2020/2022, ‘Watercolor Mag,’ ‘Northlight.’ She has written and illustrated three watercolor books and created a number of instructional videos. Marilynne received her BFA from Washington University, an MAT from Webster University, and her MFA from Syracuse University. She is a member of the faculty of Webster University. In the past, she has instructed classes and workshops at the Kansas City Art Institute, St. Louis University, William Woods University, Columbia College, Washington University and many national watercolor societies. Her works are recognized in museum exhibitions, major national juried competitions, and included in many major corporate collections around the world.
