By Broadway Brewery’s newest IPA is now on tap at the brewery. According to a post on social media, the new brew, creature report, is a classic West Coast style IPA brewed with old-school hops, Simcoe, Citra and Centennial.
When enjoying the new IPA, you may notice some mild hop bitterness and hints of pine, grapefruit and citrus.
If that’s not your style, Broadway Brewery has all kinds of other options, including traditional German lagers, double dry-hopped hazy IPAs and fruited sours. You can find Broadway Brewery’s beer all over the state, including Columbia, Kansas City, St. Louis, Jefferson City, Springfield and at its newest downtown Columbia farm-to-table restaurant and taproom.
