By Love lobster? Then the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck coming to Logboat Brewing Co. on 3-8 p.m. Wednesday is not to be missed!
The business prides itself on being family-owned with its lobster being sourced from Maine. Three different rolls that will be available include the Maine roll, which is chilled lobster with mayonnaise on a New England roll with a lemon wedge for $23, the Connecticut roll, which is lobster served hot in butter and lemon on a New England roll for $23 and the nash special that is your choice of lobster roll with a side of tots and a drink for $26. They also serve two soups, lobster bisque and New England clam chowder in either a cup for $8 or a bowl for $10. Specialties include lobster grilled cheese for $18, lobster quesadilla, lobster tots, lobster tacos and lobster tails & tots, at $19 each.
The food truck will not accept cash, only credit/debit or Apple Pay. If you are looking to mobile order, it will only be available for pre-order two hours before the event. Walk-up orders are encouraged.
