By Günter Hans European Pub & Café has announced spring changes to the menu and hours.
According to a post on social media, Günter Hans has dropped a new cocktail menu with some different concoctions and old favorites. “Revamping each season’s menu is one of our favorite things to work on. Our team of bartenders work hard to make sure they’re crafting new and exciting cocktails for the experimental drinker to try; while also prioritizing old customer favorites,” the post says.
Some of the cocktails on the spring menu include the lavender haze, which is a gin-based drink with lavender syrup, elderflower and fresh lemon juice, and the ocean water cocktail with Blue Caraço to create the perfect adult spring drink.
Günter Hans has also changed its hours to be closed on Sundays and open on Tuesdays. Customers can now get beer pitchers all week long, select cocktail carafes on Tuesdays, where customers can bring a friend and share a large carafe of the ocean water and rum punch cocktails for $21.50, and bretzel bites on Tuesdays.
Günter Hans is closed Sunday and Monday, open from 4-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 2 p.m. to midnight Friday and 11 a.m. to midnight on Saturday. Customers can also enjoy late night Wednesday deals, trivia on Thursdays and bottomless mimosas on Saturdays.
