Professional, Contractors & Engineers Incorporated has a new CEO and president.

Ryan McCullem has been named CEO and president, bringing 22 years of combined residential and commercial construction experience to the PCE team. “I bring a positive leadership style, an undying work ethic, and a forward thinking mind set focused on strategic growth.”

McCullem joined PCE in 2016, becoming a partner 2017 and serving as vice president and senior project manager. “Twenty-two years in the construction industry as a laborer, a carpenter, a foreman and now in the office has allowed me to accumulate many experiences in which I am able to apply to PCE’s everyday operations.” McCullem says while he is still a team member, “It is humbling to be entrusted by my partners to represent and lead PCE into the future.”

PCE has been a staple in Columbia since 1989 providing professional construction planning, management and general contracting services in mid-Missouri.

Before working for PCE, McCullen graduated magna cum laude from Columbia College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2020. McCullem is a retired military veteran, a former professional baseball player and a Columbia native.

McCullem says he enjoys meeting clients, developing relationships and working with them to successfully see their projects through to completion. “I am very excited and look forward to our continued growth for many years to come!” For more information on PCE, visit pce-mo.com.
