By It’s time to learn a new skill at The Art of Charcuterie Workshop at Plume in Columbia. From 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, learn how to make unique, delicious and pretty charcuterie boards for any occasion, led by Carrie from Graze.
From mastering meat and cheese pairings to uncovering the best sources for board ingredients, Carrie will guide you through every step of the process.
The workshop is $69 per person, which includes all materials, supplies, a cupcake and a beverage. To reserve your spot, you will need to make a prepayment for the event.
